Empire City Casino by MGM Resorts will extend operating hours by one hour, with daily operating hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., in accordance with Governor Cuomo’s most recent Executive Order expanding the curfew for New York State Liquor Authority licensees Efficient on Monday (Feb. 15).
Operating hours will be 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily at the Big Kitchen Food Court, and The Pub Restaurant will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Both restaurants will operate at a reduced capacity of fifty percent, while food and drink remain prohibited on the gaming floor and Lil ‘Cocina and bars on the property remain closed.
Protocols for health and safety are in place in the Empire City Casino, and guests and employees must wear face masks at all times.
