Earlier this summer, Red Rake Gaming, 1X2 Network, and Oryx Gaming acquired access to Greece, and now, another giant of the industry has gained access to this Mediterranean country. Pragmatic Play has managed to gain access to Greece and it will join the market and launch its top slot and live casino titles there.
Pragmatic Play has been officially granted a Type A1 supplier license by the Hellenic Gambling Commission on September 15th. The developer will be able to deliver innovative products to the Greek market under new regulations.
Pragmatic Play has also signed partnership deals with Kaizen Gaming and Novibet, expanding its portfolio along the way.
Greek players will now be able to play titles such as Party 2, Sweet Bonanza, and Wolf Gold. The studio’s latest releases YumYum Powerways and Chilli Heat Megaways will also reach Greek players soon.
The director of compliance at the company, Sheriff Khamoura, said:
“We are thrilled to take a crucial step into the Greek market by being granted this A1 License. This is a great opportunity for us to continue delivering our expanding product offering to Greek Operators.”
After securing Greece, Pragmatic Play has appointed Marco Pequeno as the new country director for Brazil. It seems that the developer will be expanding further into the new market soon.
